Great little motel with super clean and comfy rooms. These places often surprise you and this is no exception. Do not hesitate to stay. Great ownership, very friendly! This may be a weekend trip to bring my wife on so she can see part of Alberta a bit off the beaten trail. Cheers 5 stars all around!
Great customer service, owners were very friendly, nice clean and tidy motel. Due to severe snow storm I need to stay overnight in Swan Hills, only this motel came up as paid by my company on Egencia app. Will recommend this to everyone who needs to stay in Swan Hills.

Looks are deceiving! From the outside I was blown away how renovated and new everything was in the room I stayed in. Very clean! Amazing service, the owners are so nice and accommodating. But seriously very impressed with how clean and ya... all new appliances as well as beds were comfy! Will stay here again when traveling. Recommend!

I stayed at the Grizzly Motel for 3.5 weeks for work. It was a great place to stay. The owners Simon and Suzie, are great and will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Recently upgraded with clean rooms, community kitchen and BBQ area. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality.
Stayed here in May, 2025 again! They are the best! They do everything for the customer Probably not what a city person would call 5 star but I am very impressed with the changes here! It’s been ten years since my last stay! They are super friendly and caring and do such an amazing job keeping the hotel clean!
Stayed here for one night for work staff were super friendly and helpful, recommended Sammies for dinner, was good price for the food great portions and tasted great, over all the stay was great
